Symptoms
On : PeopleTools 8.51 version, Process Scheduler
Multiple instances of a recurrence for the system purge process "PRCSYSPURGE" seem to be building up each day. The only way to deal with them seems to be to cancel and stop the recurrences. However, they keep coming back.
PRCSYSPURGE should only run in a single recurrence once a day not many times scheduled for the same time.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit PRCSYSPURGE process
2. Observe multiple recurrences from single submission
