E-COB: COBOL Trace and Log Files Are Not Getting Generated (Doc ID 2185841.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE CLARIFICATION

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
Traces are not getting generated on any delivered Cobol programs.

ENVIRONMENT
---------------
PT 8.54.24
HCM 9.2 PUM Image 18
SQL Server 2012
MF Net Express 5.1 WPx

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with setting up the required trace parameters on Peopletools>Process Scheduler>Processes>Process Definition Options.

Then Run the process on NT Process Scheduler via System Process Request. Running any application Cobols also the same issue.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Setting up a Cobol trace but it doesn't get generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Cobol trace file should have been generated.
