STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Shown error is replicating on PUM #18 code line (build C480, PUM 18) , but not on current code line (build C486, PUM 19).
Replication steps are :-
Login as the supervisor that employee reports time to for all the steps below:
1- 'Approve reported time' needs to be on.
2-Report time for the employee only for one day within a week period. (through manager self-service)
3-Do a PUSH BACK for that day.
4-Adjust time for that day and submit.

The customer is not able to process PUSHBACKs.
