Symptoms

For an employee terminated in last day of July we are generating L13 reporting with Liquidation period August
<Periodo Desde> 08
<Periodo Hasta > 08

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a termination date for an employee on 31 July 2016
2. Generate Cret@ and check L13.
