Symptoms

Time Admin is using the Rule Template TEMPLATE020 to create the overtime hours for multiple jobs employees who assigned to the same workgroup.

When the time reporter has punch time on each empl_rcd, 0 & 1, the overtime should occur as 1 hour but, because it was during the last punch on empl_rcd 0, that created excess hour.

The total time for the employee is 41; thus 41 - 40 = 1hr overtime. Instead it created overtime as one hour overtime to empl_rcd 0 and one hour to empl_rcd 1.

As a result, an extra hour of overtime paid to employee.

1. Include multiple job flag is off on TL Installation table
2. Time reported for both employee's records - 0 & 1 and the total of 41 hrs. The employee punched the time against employee record 0 and employee record 1 on the same day with Multiple IN’s and OUT's punches.

3. Run Timeadmin
4. The Timeadmin created overtime as one hour on empl_rcd 0 and one hour on empl_rcd 1 in error.
