On : 9.2 version PUM 17, Job / Personal Information

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
When you modify a phone number row and change the phone type instead of updating the existing row it add another row with the new address type and does not remove the old row.
Not a problem in non fluid e-profile page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Update the row user is editing and change the phone type. If user edits the business phone number and change the type to mobile, user expects there to be one mobile phone and no business phone.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Fluid Home>Self service
2. Change Business phone type to Main and check Preferred
3. Save
4. See that business phone type still remains in phone list even though new main phone is added.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Customer wants to upgrade to tools 8.55 with fluid eProfile but need it to work correctly.
This was done in PUM 17, that is a demo environment. This was not a problem on the non fluid eprofile page
