Getting Error "Requester Is Not Authorized For The Item(s) In The Requisition For Line No(s) 1" When Creating Requisition Using Copy Functionality (Doc ID 2197766.1)

Symptoms

While creating a new Requisition from an existing Requisition the User is getting below Error.Sames error do not occur when a new Requisition is created using the same Item ID used in the old requisition

Error:
Requester is not authorized for the item(s) in the Requisition for Line No(s) 1.


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:-

1. Make sure that the User does not have access to the Item Catalog for the Item and the 'Use only Assigned Catalogs' flag is unchecked on the Requester Setup.
2. Login with Requester.Navigate to eProcurement->Manage Requisitions.Search for existing requisition.Selection the action as Copy and click on Go Button
3. Save and Submit the Requisition.Receive the Error.
