Goal

There is hardcoded functionality found within certain delivered PeopleSoft Roles and Permission Lists. For example:
- Benefits Administrator
- Portal Administrator
- PivotGridAdmin
- Etc.

Cloning the role will not copy over the hardcoded functionality.
