On : 9.2 version, Case Component

Outbound Notification Displays wrong Email Ids

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open HR Help Desk Case -> Case Visibility = Internal/ Exclude Case Contact
2. Make sure have different Persons for Contact, Reported By, and Assigned to.
3. Click on "Notification", the page shows wrong email addresses for the Reported By.
