EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

PS_INSTALLATION_GL should only have 1 row

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 Image 11
2. Apply Task: Importing Application System Data Script: DLUPSYSI.DMS
