Goal
On PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 : Workflow
The PeopleTools Workflow Defaults & Messages Set Workflow Defaults, e-mail option are checked and want it on for some situations but would like it turned off for some delivered workflow.
For example, employees that signed up for training should receive a notification but the supervisor should not receive the notification that an employee signed up training via self service, learning and development, request training enrollment.
Currently, the related PeopleCode is identified and comment it out; however, this is a customization. Is there a delivered way to turn off workflow notifications?
