BIIF0001 BILLING INTERFACE NOT CREATING BILL AS EMAIL INVOICE ATTACHMENT

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

If customer setup is correct interface should create appropriate invoice media.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Use/create a customer_ID under setid SHARE;
2. Use/create a customer contact under setiD SHARE;
3. Set the Preferred Communication to “Email and Print”
4. On the Contact Customer page in the “Documentation Link” Select the Document Code = INVC and the Preferred Communication = “Email Invoice as Attachment”
5. Create a Contract with BU = US002 (we don’t actually need a Project for this test)
6. Create a Billing BU = US002
7. Create a Billing Unit Options = US002
8. In the Table Set Control, set Record Group BI_01 = US002.
9. Generate a Milestone Billing event, and process the billing (CA_BI_INTFC).
10. Run the Billing Interface (BIIF0001)
11. Open the Billing Worksheet.
12. Look at the Header and Link to the Address page, you will see that it did not generate “Email Invoice as Attachment”
