---ISSUE CLARIFICATION-----


When upgrading from v9.1 fully patched ACA instance to v9.2 PUM Image #18, the following error occurs:

Create Index Again is error out at the initial upgrade of UPG job. Index of PS_ACA_ALE_MEM_SUB can't be created due to duplicate key value.

 
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Change Assistant
