EAM: Capitalized Assets Have More Than One Category (only One Book)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Capitalized Assets have more than one Category (only one Book)

We have found a number of In-Service Capitalized assets that contain more than one Category (in the PS_COST). It is our understanding that an asset book cannot have more than one category active at one time.

A result of these assets having more than one Category is that Depreciation does not calculate properly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Assets should have only one category.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
