In a CRM/HCM integrated environment, when opening: Main Menu > HRHD 360 Degree View and opening for a worker who sync'd over from HCM environment, the HR details are missing. The error on the "HR Information" section of the page reads: "INTEGRATION BETWEEN CRM AND HR APPLICATION IS NOT SETUP CORRECTLY"
Goal
User needs to be able to open: Main Menu > HRHD 360 Degree View page for an HCM worker and see HR data.
