Emergency Contact Phone "save As Mine" Does Not Work When Employee Changes His Phone Types

On : 9.2 version, Job / Personal Information PUM 17 PT 8.55
When user selects a phone number for emergency contact as “same as mine” and select the phone type, ie business if that phone number goes away from the employee contact details then you get “invalid column order number” message on the emergency contact record.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Emergency contact and select "Same Phone as Employee" and save.
2. Go to Biographical>Modify a Person> Delete preferred phone type from employee and save.
3. Go back to Personal information>Relationships>Emergency contact and check
4. Phone type field shows "Invalid column order number"
