When Reason is Selected on Guided Self Service Configuration, the Action Reason Does Not Flow to Job Data (Doc ID 2213275.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A row of data has been added and a default action reason has been configured for the Guided Self Service (GSS, MSS) transaction HR_REPORTING_CHANGE.

The action reason is not being set in Job Data for an employee when the transaction is processed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The employee's row of job data should contain the action reason as configured in the GSS transaction.


Steps To Replicate
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM, then select Common Definitions, then select Guided Self Service, then select Transaction Configuration, HR_REPORTING_CHANGE, Questionnaire
2. Add a new row of effective data where the Action Reason is changed to a value
3. Save
4. Run the transaction for an Empl ID
5. Observe Job Data for the same Empl ID
