PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM eProfile Manager Desktop - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]

A row of data has been added and a default action reason has been configured for the Guided Self Service (GSS, MSS) transaction HR_REPORTING_CHANGE.

The action reason is not being set in Job Data for an employee when the transaction is processed.

The employee's row of job data should contain the action reason as configured in the GSS transaction.

Steps To Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM, then select Common Definitions, then select Guided Self Service, then select Transaction Configuration, HR_REPORTING_CHANGE, Questionnaire
2. Add a new row of effective data where the Action Reason is changed to a value
3. Save
4. Run the transaction for an Empl ID
5. Observe Job Data for the same Empl ID
