Symptoms
Output generated with Communication Generation for financial aid awards letters containing checklist may contain HTML tags such as
in the description field of checklist items. The HTML tags do not show up when viewing the checklist items in the setup checklist items area, and html tags do not appear on any other portion of the letters.
If the same letter is run without any check list items, no html tags display in the letter.
Steps to replicate:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Comm Gen letter for a student that includes check list items and preview the *.pdf file.
