Cannot Access any of the Compensation Analytics Pivot Grids on the Allocate Compensation Page (Doc ID 2216169.1)

Symptoms

On the Allocate Compensation page, when a Manager clicks on the "Compensation Analytics" link or the "Analytics" links under the My Direct reports tab, nothing happens.

It is expected that after clicking on "Compensation Analytics" the links for the Salary Analysis and Compensation Distribution pivot grids should display and after clicking on "Analytics" the links for the Salary Increase by Performance and Variable Compensation by Performance pivot grids should display.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Manager Self Service, Compensation and Stock > Allocate Compensation
2. Select Compensation Cycle
3. Click the "Compensation Analytics" or "Analytics" links and note nothing happens.
