Symptoms
PO change order number not incrementing correctly
I'm currently testing PUM 21 in a test environment and noticed that when I do a change order to a dispatched PO (using the change order icon on the PO in Add/Update PO), the change order number is incorrect. Example, when changing a dispatched PO that has never been changed before, it's given Change Order 2 instead of 1. In the change history, the Batch # is 2 (should be 1).
When changing a line on a PO that already has 2 previous change orders, the change order number becomes 4 instead of 3. In the change history, the Batch # is 4 (should be 3).
When I change multiple lines on a PO, it creates a different batch # for each line.
When I add a line onto a PO, it creates different batch #s for the line change and ship change.
The change order number might create confusion for the person doing the change orders, and also for the end users and vendors who see the revision # on the printed PO.
