Symptoms
When attempting to add attachment to Purchase Order
the following error occurs.
PO view attachment
Attachment failed to download (18036,10014) file not found (18036,10012).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Attachment in Purchase Order
2. Click ok
3. Save
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use attachments in Purchase Order
