Symptoms

 The users were getting the below error in browser:

CHECK APPSERVER LOGS. THE SITE BOOTED WITH INTERNAL DEFAULT SETTINGS, BECAUSE OF: bea.jolt.ServiceException: Invalid Session

Additionally, the PIA_weblogic.log was showing:

ERROR: WebProfile loading internal default settings because of an Exception while communicating with "IP:Port"
