EAM: HTML Response Are Not Getting Processed While Raised Via Create & Maintain Absence (Doc ID 2225787.1)

Symptoms

HTML Responses are not getting processed for the absence request raised via Create & Maintain Absence.

When an absence request is raised by an admin for an employee from create and maintain absence page, HTML email is generated for Manager for approval.

When manager provide his/her approval and when the EOAWEMC process is executed to read and process the HTML response, this leave is not getting approved.
Manager received an email stating not able to process the request due to recent changes on the absence request.
