E-CA: Change Assistant Does not Show A Warning When Objects Fail To Copy Due To Being Locked (Doc ID 2226904.1)

Symptoms

Change Assistant 8.55.11 was used to apply PeopleTools patch 8.55.11 to some instances that were on PT 8.55.06 and PT 8.55.08. Later, it was discovered that a few objects didn't copy from the project file because they were locked on the target database.

However, the project copy step in CA showed a green check mark, and the logs confirmed that it was completed.

This caused some objects to be missing in the database.
