Report *.stdout Attached to Email Not PDF When HRS_BATCH_APL Sent To EMAIL/PDF

Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Manage Applicant
Run the Process: HRS_BTCH_APL
Report is distributed PDF format to EMAIL.
Email is received, but includes the *.stdout file as attachment, not the PDF as expected.
Replication Steps:
1. Login as PS/PS and go to Recruiting> Recruiting Home >
2. In the "My Job Openings" box, click any Job link
3. Enable the checkbox in front of any Applicant in the list of Applicants
4. Under Group Actions > Recruiting Actions > Print Applications > enable
any combination of checkboxes
5. On the run control page, Click Run > Type = EMAIL, Format = PDF
6. When process has gone to Success/Posted, Go to UserID's email box.
5. Observe that the EMAIL is received with the .stdout file attached.
