Symptoms
ISSUE STATEMENT

BIXPSA02 goes to no success , shows following message.
ERROR
---------------
"Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running"
WHAT IS WORKING
---------------
Other BI Publisher processes are running without issue.
STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create bill with invoice form as XP_PS/PSA2, make sure the bill lines are more than 1000.
2. Finalize and print the bill.
IMPACT
---------------
Cannot generate XML report for bill print.
