Symptoms

Issue:

When running Allocation Step type Copy to copy from Pool Ledger to Target ledger, if the user has manually created any new entries, the Target ledger becomes unbalanced.

Steps to Replicate:
---------------------

1. Set up Allocation Step Copy from Ledger to Ledger having set Table Output Option to Replace Existing Amounts
2. Set up Allocation Group using above allocation step
3. Run the Allocations process
