PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Time and Labor - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
After Applying HCM 9.2 Image 21 seeing punches disappear from timesheets after time is loaded
Still trying to get a handle on what is going on will have more details coming as I find out more information.
We have a custom process that formats punch data from external systems into a flat file format to be load via Application Engine TL_ST_LOADER which is delivered. We believe this is working because we have auditing on a table (AUDIT_TLRPTTIME) that shows data is being added. When we go to pull up timesheet in online system for the user, however, the timesheet is missing punch data that we can see was present in the load file. We think it might be time admin.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Punches should not disappear
STEPS
-----------------------
1. TL_ST_LOADER loads first IN punch for the day for an employee
2. The first IN punch is seen on timesheet in approval in process status
3. Another instance of TL_ST_LOADER brings in OUT punch for the day.
4. Notice that the first IN punch loaded by the first TL_ST_LOADER disappears from timesheet and only the outpunch remains.
