Save Warning Message In View Only Mode For Modify A Person Component After PUM 20

Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Job / Personal Information
HRMS 9.2, Peopletools version 8.55.05, database is MSSQl server.
Latest Peoplesoft patch applied is PUM 20.
Save Warning Message in View only mode for Modify a Person component.
Applied PUM 20 for ACA fixes and are having issues with Modify a Person (PERSONAL_DATA) component. .
Name format type has changed in PUM 20.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Modify a person component (Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a Person), user searches for an employee, goes to Modify a person component and stays on Biographical Details tab.
2. User is in View mode only.
3. Under Biographical Details tab user clicks on View Name button, the View Name pop up window opens up with Ok button grayed out and only Cancel button as active.
4. User clicks on Cancel button, the pop up window disappears.
5.User then clicks on Return to Search on the main page under Biographical Details tab. User gets the Save Warning message even though no data has changed on the component.
6. Users do not want to see the Save warning message in View mode. This was not happening before PUM 20.
