Symptoms

Issue:- Unable to view 'ElasticSearch' in the Dropdown on the eProcurement installation options page

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1: Setup the Elastic Search as Priority one search
2: Navigate to eProcurement->Administer eProcurement->eProcurement Installation Options
3: Note the Catalog Search Type dropdown

Observation:-ElasticSearch is not available in the dropdown for selection

Important Note:- "Elastic Search" Option will be available in the Dropdown only for customers who are on PUM 25 or lower Images.
From PUM 26 onwards,there is a generic term used to denote the search engine used.So it will display "Search Engine" in the dropdown.
