Symptoms

Adjust Absence balance of an employee for prior period is getting calculated correctly in calendar process but not reflecting while forecasting balance.

OR

Absence entitlement appears to be zero while forecasting/Balance Inquiry.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Adjust employee Absence accumulator from Payee Data>Adjust Balance> Absences page.
2. Forecast absence.
