ETL 9.2: ECD Resets To The Date Of The Oldest Unresolved High Severity Exception. (Doc ID 2241403.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The ECD is getting reset to the date of the oldest high severity exception and therefore the 'Apply Rule' button disappears from the timesheet since the exception date is far in the past.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The ECD date should not reset due to the presence of high severity exceptions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-Choose an employee with unresolved high severity exceptions previously created by Time Admin.
2-Make sure ECD is set to a recent date no longer than 5 months from current date.
3-Enable the 'Real-time rules' in the Tl_installation table and choose 'Run from Apply Rules'.
4-Navigate to the timesheet of the employee through MSS and report time,
submit and run the rules from the 'Apply rule button'.
5- the ECD will get reset to a prior date to a date for the oldest unresolved high severity exception.
