The initial Call to the My Team Manager Self Service Page takes more that 2 Minutes in Production, caused by full table scan on the table PS_USER_PH_CARD_FL triggered by the Tuxedo Service "GetAppImages" call.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to My Team-> Manager Self Service
2. Click on Tile "My Team"
