E-UPG: Oracle Database Parameters Needed For PeopleTools Upgrade (Doc ID 2257615.1)

Goal

Oracle is recommending Oracle Database parameters as Part of PeopleSoft PeopleTools Upgrade.
Which is mentioned in the Delivered Document - PeopleTools 8.55 Upgrade.pdf.

Some customers are using 'MEMORY_TARGET' parameter instead of using SGA_TARGET and PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET.

Question: Is Oracle still recommending to set PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET AND SGA_TARGET parameters as advised by Oracle, along with MEMORY_TARGET parameter in order to continue with Upgrade?
