Symptoms
If any one or more managers at any level ,their active direct reports are not rolling up by 1 level rather the direct reports are disappeared from the tree.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate Level 1 Manager
2. Terminate Level 2 Manager and Peers
3. The Subordinates expected to report under Level 3 Manager.
