Application Print process is failing with the following message, if the name of the applicant exceeds 24 characters

Error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Select applicant
2.) Go to Applicant Data change first name to ‘Johnny’ change last name to ‘Pattersonsmithweson’
3.) Select Applicant
4.) Group Action
5.) Recruiting Actions
6.) Print Application Details
7.) Select Details to print as below
8.) Run HRS_BTCH_APL process
9.) Process Runs to no Success
10.) Review process log for error
