Symptoms

Error on Chrome 58 or 59 and Firefox

Your connection is not private when using a SELF_SIGNED CERTIFICATE.  A certificate from an authority will not give the error.

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from xx.mysite.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
This server could not prove that it is xx.mysite.com; its security certificate is from [missing_subjectAltName]. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. Learn more.
