E-FLUID: What is the correct display of Fluid Home vs Classic Home Tile in the Fluid Navbar in 8.55? (Doc ID 2264247.1)

Goal

While logging in Fluid in a PeopleSoft 9.2 application with PeopleTools 8.55.06 and above, users are experiencing the following behavior:
If the user logs in and opens the Fluid Navbar from the Fluid homepage where they landed, then the user sees correctly a link on the Navbar to Classic Home. When clicking it to go to Classic Home, then clicking the Navbar from there, there isn't a link back to Fluid Home - it still says Classic home.
On PeopleTools 8.55.05 or lower, the Fluid Home tile would be displayed as expected.
