Guided SS My Team Transactions Are Caching Incorrect Employee And Transaction Details

Information in this document applies to any platform.
GSS Activity Guide Transaction Pages are not getting refreshed after changing transaction.
When a different transaction is selected the activity guide page shows the one for previous transaction.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log in as PS
My Team>Employee 1 >select green arrow > Compensation> Request Adhoc salary change
Details display correctly for employee
Click Exit and select Employee 2 > Compensation>Adhoc Salary change
My Team>select green arrow beside Employee name 1 >Job/Personal Info> Terminate Employee
Enter date and reason Personal Reasons and Submit
Exit and pull up another employee 2 >Job/Personal Info>Request Location Change
The termination date and reason for previous employee is showing
Current Information shows employee details for previous employee (Employee 1)
Clicked Exit and Home button (DID NOT DELETE CACHE)>Returned to MSS>My Team>Employee 2>Job info>Request Location Change
The correct page now displays with correct transaction fields
