HR Notepad in Job Data, Hyperlink to Return to Work Location Page Does Not Load Page

Symptoms
When attempting to return to Work Location tab in Job Data from HR Notepad entry, the Work Location page is not loaded.
The issue can be replicated with the following steps:
1. Login as PS / Admin
2. Select Workforce Administrator Homepage
3. Click HR Administrator Homepage
4. Click Job Data Navigation Collection
5. Enter EMPLID = KU0130 (or Any Other EMPLID)
6. Click "Maintain/ View Notes" Icon to Open HR Notepad
7. Add Note & Save
8. Click "Work Location" Hyperlink to Return to EMPID Job Data > Work Location Page
9. HR Notepad Entry Page is Displayed, User Not Returned to Work Location Page
