Symptoms

When log in with the Small Form Factor and navigate to any classic page, the header that displays is extra large which makes it hard to use.

Sequence of events :
1) Log in with the Small Form Factor
2) Self Service > Time Reporting > Report Time > Timesheet
3) Notice header is extra large making it difficult to use
