MSS(Guided Self Service) Transactions with Past and Future Effective date errors out “Employee is not a direct report of the manager as of date” (Doc ID 2273951.1)

Manager trying to change the  transaction date other than the current date for employee having more than employment instances i.e Terminated CWR Job data with employee record= 0 and Active Job data with employee record = 1 throws error.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Go to Workforce administration->Personal Information->Add a person.Add employee instance Contingent worker and save it.Eg: XXXX.Go to Workforce administration->Job Information->Job Data and terminate the employee.

2. Go to Workforce administration->Personal Information->Organisation Relationship->New employee instance.Enter employee ID XXXX and click on Add relationship.Fill all the details and add employee instance-'Employee'.

3. Now login as Manager.Go to My Team tile->Select (XXXX) employee.Select any action to perform. Eg Job and Personal Information->Transfer employee.Enter past and future effective date
