E-CA: cant apply PeopleTools Patch Change Assistant cant see the update PTP Patch in download directory (Doc ID 2274607.1)

On : 8.55 version, Change Assistant

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In CA the Target database defined and the current PS_HOME/PS_APP_HOME/PS_CFG_HOME set to 8.55.08 environment and the PS_HOME/PS_APP_HOME/PS_CFG_HOME for the New Homes set to the 8.55.16 client install folders.

On the Update Manger Options page, the PS Home set to the 8.55.16 client folder, the staging, output and download directories are set up and accessible.

From the 8.55.16 client folder the patch contents were copied to the CA download directory. There are all 16 updPTP855##.zip files in that folder. Apply PeopleTools Patch from the CA Tools menu is selected, only a "Move to Production" Apply Type.

next is clicked and the database options are grayed out but are configured for the 8.55.08 database.

When next is clicked, the PeopleTools Patch Location is set to the 8.55.08 PTP folder instead of to the 8.55.16 CA download folder as expected.

This results in the only package I can select is 8.55.08 when I expect it to be 8.55.16


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
