Symptoms
Time Admin running long TL_TA000900.GA000.Step020.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Running TA for 246 employees (4813 rows in tl_rptd_time) in 9 batches.
2. TA is running for 3.5 hours and completed only 98 employees.
3. One step takes all the time:
2017-06-06-08.48.51.000000: Starting TL_TA000900 Validate Balances.
2017-06-06-12.33.07.000000: Starting TL_VALD_MAIN Time Validation.
Due to this issue, users cannot complete their payroll on time.
