ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Can't X out of Dialog Boxes after upgrading to Tools 8.55
After upgrading to 8.55 Tools, Dialog Boxes, Search Results can't be x'd out. Only by pressing 'Cancel' button can the Search Results be closed. This issue occurs in both Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome 49.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to 'X' out of dialog boxes
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User navigates to Workforce Administration> Job Information >Job Data
2. Click on position number dialog box
3. Click on x on top right and it does not work
