Symptoms

When attempting to save the Emergency contacts by entering the multiple phone type details in 'Other Phone Numbers for Emergency Contact' section of Other Phone Numbers tab,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Invalid row number 2 for class Rowset method GetRow. (2,263) PHONE_SBR.PHONE.SaveEdit PCPC:795 Statement:18
A PeopleCode program has called an object method with invalid value for the row number parameter The row number should be within the rage of existing rows in the rowset.
Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error and correct the program.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Main menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Personal Relationships > Emergency Contact
2. Enter Emplid and click on search
3. Insert multiple phone type details one by one in the "Other Phone numbers for Emergency Contact" scroll
4. Click on Save.
