Symptoms
While accessing the approval monitor page from Enterprise components, the following error is displayed:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 'adoption' life event
2. Attach a document and SAVE the page.
3. Navigate: WorkForce Admin --> Self Service Transactions --> Approvals --> Monitor Approvals --> eBenefitsDocFiling --> pending transactions --> Search.
4. Error message related to plan_type is displayed.
