Symptoms
Employees names that contain á and ó characters cannot be saved when using the German Name Format; the following error message is displayed:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Modify a Person
2. Click 'Edit Name' push button for German Employee, and enter name as shown in their Passport: András
3. Save changes and note the above error is displayed
