Symptoms
User is getting error when trying to add a quick invoice. This happens after applying Change Package from Image# 22 to Image# 17 to bring it up to Image# 18.
Steps:
---------
1) Navigate to Accounts payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Quick invoice Entry.
2) Add a new value.
Error:

PeopleCode compile error (Field EM_QV_ENTRY_WRK.ACCOUNT_CODE not defined. (2,17)^ FAP) for program VCHR_LINE_QV.BUSINESS_UNIT.RowInsert. (2, 405)
Invalid or missing PeopleCode program VCHR_LINE_QV.BUSINESS_UNIT.RowInsert. (2,300)
