E-PORTAL: Page Title And Back Button Not Visible In Classic Header (Doc ID 2291248.1)

Goal

We are using the DEFAULT_THEME_FLUID for our theme to get our Classic branding to match the Fluid branding. However, when going to a classic page, the "Page Title" and the "Back" button are missing in the header, yet they are there in the Fluid pages. The HTML elements are empty for the classic pages. How to make the "Page Title" and "Back" button work on a Classic page?
